We do not refund, exchange, or issue credit for items that are not defective.
Please inspect each item when your package arrives. Notify us of any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your package. Any damaged items must be returned to us in the original packaging. We will only replace the damaged item with the same item you ordered. We will only give store credit if that item is out of stock. Ace Trading is not responsible for items sold to and damaged by your customer. Final decisions regarding returns are at the discretion of the Ace Trading managers.
