“How do I order?”

Currently it is not possible to order online. Our website serves as an online catalog. However, you can call, email, or fax an order to us between 10AM -2PM Central time, Monday through Friday.

 

“Do I have to have a sales tax permit to purchase from you?”

Yes. Please send us a copy of your tax permit and driver’s license/photo ID via email or fax before placing your order. We ask for your driver’s license to verify that the person ordering is indeed the tax permit holder. We do not accept EIN numbers.

Orders are subject to rejection if an invalid tax permit is submitted.

 

“Do you accept sales tax permits from other states?”

Yes.

 

“Why do you need a copy of my driver’s license?”

Ace Trading does not sell to the public. We require a copy of your driver’s license to verify that you, the person ordering, are indeed the Tax ID holder.

 

“I don’t see any prices. Where are they?”

Please call us for our pricing code.

 

“What is your jewelry made of?”

All of our merchandise is fashion jewelry and lead compliant under California law. We do not carry any fine jewelry or sterling silver.

 

“Do you offer expedited shipping?”

Yes, an extra fee from UPS will apply.

 

“Can I pick up my order at your store location?”

Yes, please bring your drivers license so we can verify your identity.

 

“Do you offer discounts or coupons?”

No, Ace Trading is not open to the public. We offer the lowest wholesale prices to all of our customers.

 

“Is there a minimum order?”

Yes, there is a $100 minimum for every online order. Minimum of $50 for in-store purchases.

 

“What days and times can I order?”

Currently, we take phone orders Monday through Friday only. In order to ship the same day, your order must be placed and paid for by 2 PM central time. All orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day.

 

“How long will it take to receive my package?”

All orders are shipped by UPS. No CODs. Please see our Shipping page for transit time estimates.

 

“Can I use your product photos on my website?”

Please do not use our photos on your own website.

 

“How often do you receive new merchandise?”

Ace Trading receives shipments daily. Please check our website weekly for our newest arrivals.

 

“I’m looking for a particular item, but I don’t see it on your website. Can I place a special order?”

Yes, please call us. We may even have the item in stock. Due to our large inventory, we cannot post all of our products online. If we do not have it in stock, we will do our best to special order it for you. We require a 50% deposit on all special orders.

 

“There is a technical issue with the website. Who can I contact?”

“Can you ship directly to my customer?”

No. Unfortunately we cannot for security reasons.
